Sysora is a tight team. We open roles when the work demands it, not on a calendar — but we keep a short list of people we want to talk to first when the moment comes. Here is how to be on it.

How to be on the list.

Send a one-page note to hello@sysorastack.com with three things: the work you are proudest of, what you want to do next, and one paragraph on why Sysora. That is it. No cover letter, no résumé scaffolding, no third-party application form.

We read every email. If it is a fit and we have an open seat, we will say so. If it is a fit but we do not, we will tell you straight and keep your note on the bench so we can come back to you. If it is not a fit, we will tell you that too — quickly, kindly, and with whatever specific feedback we have.

The kind of people we tend to hire.

We are deliberately category-light. The pattern across our hires so far: people who have shipped real things end-to-end, who communicate in writing, who have opinions about quality, and who would have built something themselves if they had not found us first.

Full-stack engineers

TypeScript, Next.js, Node, Postgres. People who have shipped real software end-to-end and have an opinion about quality. Bonus points for production experience with the Anthropic or OpenAI APIs.

Designers who prototype in code

A taste for clean, opinionated product surfaces and the comfort to ship a Figma file and a working React prototype in the same week. We do not separate "design" and "engineering" jobs more than we have to.

Operators with founder muscle

People who have run small businesses, scaled agencies, or held a chief-of-staff role at a startup that grew fast. You understand what solo founders actually need because you have been one.

Customer success specialists

You write well, you think on your feet, and you make every customer feel like the only customer. Onboarding-led, not ticket-led.
