How Sysora started.
For six years I built things for other people’s businesses. Mostly small businesses — solo founders, two-person teams, agencies that grew faster than their hiring could keep up. I built CRMs that finally tracked the right things. Automations that recovered the leads slipping out of inboxes. Internal tools that turned a spreadsheet of pain into a 30-second click.
Every contract ended with the same email: “This is great, but I still need someone to actually run it. Do you know anyone?” They wanted a person who would write the social posts, follow up with the leads, design the deck. They could not afford that person, and even if they could, recruiting was another six weeks they did not have. The market was full of products that promised a fix but delivered a chat interface and a recurring bill.
Sysora is the answer I wanted to send those emails. An AI employee is hired to a role — Social Media Manager, Sales Manager, Blog Writer, Designer — trained on the founder’s brand, plugged into their tools, accountable for the outcomes a person in that role would be accountable for. The bar is the work. Not the conversation. Not the prompt-engineering ritual. The work.
