The carriers are blocking your texts, not your CRM.
Every GoHighLevel sub-account that sends SMS to a US number needs two things registered with The Campaign Registry before a single message goes out: a brand, which says who is sending, and a campaign, which says what is being sent. Messages from numbers not attached to an approved campaign are blocked or filtered. Filtering is the worse outcome, because nothing tells you it happened — you find out when a client asks why nobody replied.
Most rejections are not caused by the form. They are caused by the website behind it. A human reviewer visits your opt-in pages and checks that what you declared is actually there. The brand data has to match your IRS records exactly, character for character, from the CP-575 rather than from memory. Every form that collects a phone number needs its own SMS consent checkbox, unchecked by default, with message frequency, rates and STOP language beside it — and promotional consent kept separate from transactional. Your privacy policy must not say mobile data may be shared with third parties; that one cannot be resubmitted and has to go to appeal, so it gets fixed before anything is sent.
So the work starts on your site, not in the Trust Center. We check your legal name, EIN and address against the CP-575, fix the consent checkboxes and privacy policy wording on your GoHighLevel forms, make sure the opt-in pages actually load for a reviewer, and write sample messages that carry your business name, STOP, and links on a branded domain rather than a shortener. Then we complete the campaign fields, submit through the Trust Center, and link your numbers to the approved campaign afterwards — a step that is not automatic and is a common reason people think registration failed when it did not.
HighLevel publishes the timelines, and they are HighLevel's rather than ours: typically 24 to 72 hours for brand approval, up to 7 days where a Standard brand goes to manual Secondary Vetting, and up to 3 further business days for carrier propagation after approval. Campaign review involves human judgment at the carriers. We do not control it and will not pretend to.
What we do control is the quality of what gets submitted, and what happens when it comes back. If the campaign is rejected we read the reason, fix the cause and resubmit — editing and resubmitting an existing campaign carries no new registry fee, and we do not charge you again for our time either. And if we cannot get you approved, our fee is refunded in full.
The fees themselves are never ours. Brand and campaign vetting are billed by GoHighLevel to your own sub-account wallet at HighLevel's current rate. We do not bill them, and we do not mark them up.

$249
One-time, per sub-account. GoHighLevel bills the brand and campaign vetting fees to your own wallet at their current rate — Sysora does not bill or mark up those fees.
A2P means application-to-person messaging; 10DLC is a standard 10-digit US local number used by a business. US carriers require every business sending from those numbers to register two things with The Campaign Registry: a brand, which says who is sending, and a campaign, which says what is being sent. GoHighLevel sends through a carrier like any other platform, so the rule applies to every sub-account. Numbers not attached to an approved campaign are blocked or filtered.
These are HighLevel's published figures, not our promise. Brand approval typically takes 24 to 72 hours, and longer where manual review or corrections are needed. A Standard brand sent to Secondary Vetting can take up to 7 days. After approval there is up to 3 further business days of carrier propagation, and HighLevel advises contacting their support past 4 business days. Campaign review involves human judgment at the carriers, which we do not control.
Your CP-575 — the IRS letter confirming your EIN — because the brand name, EIN and address must match those records character for character, and typing them from memory is the single most common cause of rejection. Plus your website URL and a short description of how your contacts actually consented to be texted. If your consent wording or privacy policy needs fixing, we tell you before submitting rather than after.
Our fee is the price on this page. The brand and campaign vetting fees are separate and are billed by GoHighLevel to your own sub-account wallet at HighLevel's current rate — check their pricing page for today's figure. We do not bill those fees and we do not mark them up. On a direct Twilio account the same fees are published by Twilio: $4.50 to register a brand, $15 for campaign vetting, and a monthly campaign fee between $1.50 and $10 depending on use case.
We read the rejection, fix the cause and resubmit at no further cost from us. Editing and resubmitting an existing campaign does not trigger a new registry fee — only deleting a campaign and creating a fresh one does, which is why we edit rather than start over. The $15 campaign vetting fee already paid is not refunded by the registry either way.
If we cannot get your registration approved, our fee is refunded in full. The vetting fees are not ours to return: they are charged by GoHighLevel or The Campaign Registry against your own account, and the registry does not refund them on a rejection. We will tell you what those fees come to before anything is submitted.
Nearly always the website rather than the form. In rough order: brand data that does not match IRS records; a consent checkbox that is missing, pre-checked or bundled in with other permissions; a privacy policy saying mobile data may be shared with third parties; opt-in pages a reviewer cannot load, such as JS-rendered forms in iframes or pages behind a login; sample messages missing the business name or STOP, or using a public link shortener; and a declared opt-in method that does not match reality, like ticking "via text" when no keyword opt-in exists. Reviewers check all of it.
It can be. A recently issued EIN may not have propagated to the records the registry checks against, and the registration fails for a reason that has nothing to do with your submission. HighLevel advises waiting 30 to 90 days from the EIN issue date before retrying, or appealing with the full CP-575 PDF attached. We will tell you which of those two your situation calls for before spending a fee on a submission likely to bounce.
Not quite, and this trips people up. Each local number still has to be linked to the approved campaign, and that link is not automatic — we do it as part of the work. After that HighLevel allows up to 3 business days for carrier propagation. So plan campaigns to start after propagation rather than on approval day.
Often worth it. HighLevel recommends submitting both, because toll-free verification can come back in as little as 2 days and gives you a working path to send while 10DLC is still in review. Toll-free verification is not included in this price — tell us when you enquire and we will scope it alongside the registration.
No. HighLevel's 2026 guidance notes that carriers now monitor opt-out rates and delivery error rates on an ongoing basis, so a registered campaign can still degrade if your list or your sending habits do. Approval clears you to send; it does not exempt you from how you send afterwards.
Not quite what you need? Tell us what you are trying to fix and we will say honestly whether it is something we do.
